I fooled you Chili

Ingredients
Directions
1 lb of extra lean ground beef3 cans of red kidney beans2 tomatoes1 small stalk of celery1 small stalk of green onions or chives1 med onion chopped1 tbsp of minced garlichandful of washed cilantro2 tbsp oil2 tbsp chili powdersalt and cumin to taste
Heat up oil and brown garlic and onions.
Add beef and cook thoroughly.
Add drained beans. Stir.
Meanwhile add all veggies unto processor and rough chop
Add veggie mixture to beans/beef.
Stir and add chili powder, salt and cumin. Stir again and let boil for 10 more minutes in low heat.
Serving Size: makes 10 1-cup servings
