Mom’s Texas Hash

Ingredients
1 pound lean, ground Beef3 large Onions, chopped1 large Green Pepper, chopped1 can Tomatoes1/2 Cup White Rice1-2 t Chili Powder2 t salt1/8 t Black Pepper
Directions
Use a skillet to brown the beef and tenderize the onion and green pepper.

Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the rice is done.
