Best Ever Chocolate Fudge Layer Cake

1 pkg. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate1 pkg. Devil's Food Cake Mix1 pkg. Jell-O Fat Free Chocolate Instant Pudding4 Eggs1 cup Fat Free Sour Cream1/2 cup Vegetable Oil1/2 cup Water1 cup Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Chop 2 of the chocolate squares. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and water with electric mixer until well blended. Stir in chopped chocolate. Pour into 2 greased 9-inch baking pans.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Loosen cake from sides of pan, remove from pan and cool completely.
Microwave remaining chocolate and cool whip for 1-2 minutes until melted completely. Stir after each minute, until well blended. Let stand 15 minutes to thicken.
Stack cake layers filling and frosting with cool whip mixture. Keep refrigerated.
