Carrot Miso Ginger soup

Ingredients
4 large carrots1 medium-large onion1/4 cup white miso paste2 cups chicken stock + 2 cups water3 tbsp ginger puree2 tbsp butterSesame oil
Directions
Peel and chop carrots and onion. Add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients except sesame oil. Slow cook on high for 4-5 hours. Blend with hand blender or food processor. Serve with drizzle of sesame oil
