Waffles, banana, per waffle

Ingredients
1.25 cups flour3 tsp baking powder.5 tsp saltA pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon1 cup skim milk1egg2 bananas mashed
Directions
Serving Size: Makes 10 small waffles

Whisk together dry ingredients in a bowl. Add in milk and egg and stir until smooth.

In a small bowl, mash bananas unti mostly smooth. Add bananas to waffle mix.

Cook as desired
