simple pumpkin pancake

Ingredients
Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 cup*Breadcrumbs - Progresso, plain, 0.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 extra largeNutmeg, ground, 1 tbspCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat pan to medium, place 5 equal amonts in pan with spoon and spread to about 3/8" thick. cook till the bottom is solid, flip, cook to completion.
