Ingredients
Directions
1/2 c cake flour1.75 c all purpose flour1 1/8 tsp salt1 tsp sugar1/8 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder3/4 c butter1 cup soymilk w/lemon juice
whisk together all the dry ingredients. Using a food prossessor, pulse in the butter until pea sized pieces form.
Pour into a bowl and stir in the milk.
Gently kneed on a floured table for a few minutes and then pat out to about 1" thick . Flour biscuit cutter and press straight down. Place close together on baking sheet covered with foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 5 minutes, lower to 400 degrees and bake 12 more minutes.
Serving Size: makes 20 small biscuits
