Brown Rice Pilaf with Mushrooms

1 Tbsp Olive Oil1 C. whole Grain Brown Rice1/2 C Diced Onion3 Cloves Garlic minced1/2 Cup Chopped Mushrooms3 C. Chicken Broth1/4/ C. White Wine
1) In a large skillet heat oil
2) Add Rice and stir for 2 Min.
3) Add Onions, Garlic and Mushrooms and cook 3 mins stirring frequently.
4) Add wine to deglaze pan.
5) Add 1 Cup Chicken Broth, reduce heat to medium and cook til most moisture is absorbed. Repeat 2 X
6) Test rice for tenderness if still not tender add 1/2 Cup water and continue cooking til tender.
