Apple Oatmeal Coffeecake (12 Servings)

3/4 cup flour3/4 cup whole grain flour1 cup old fashioned oats1/4 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/4 cup melted butter1 cup lowfat buttermilk1 egg2 tsp vanilla3 cups chopped apple, divided2 Tbl butter2 Tbl flour1/4 cup brown sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Topping: Combine 2 Tbl butter, 2 Tbl flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix until crumbly. Set aside.
Combine remaining dry ingredients in large bowl.
Combine wet ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of the apple.
Stir wet ingredients into dry just until combined.
Spray 7x11 baking pan with Pam. Spread remaining 1 1/2 cups chopped apple over bottom of the pan. Spread cake batter over apples. Sprinkle topping over cake batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes, until golden brown and toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
