1 pack. 24 oz. Eddy's Beef Fajita meat2 green bell peppers (cut in strips)1 large onion (cut in strips)1 pk. fajita seasoning1 pk. whole wheat tortillas 8 count1 cut water1 tlbs olive oil
1. In small bowl blend seasoning, water and oil, add fajita meat and let marinade for 15 min. Meanwhile, cut the bell peppers and onions into strips.
2. In large skillet add meat mixture and vegtables and cook over medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes or until meat is done and vegetables are tender.
3. Place meat and vegetables in center of warm tortillas, and fold oversides of tortilla.
suggested garnishes: shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream or chopped tomatoes.
