Teriyaki Chicken with Udon Noodles

Ingredients
Roland organic Udon Noodles, 8 oz *Peanut Oil, 2 1tsp Garlic, 3 cloves Ginger Root, 3 tsp Red Bell Peppers Roasted Chicken 2 cup diced La Choy Teriyaki Sauce 1 cup Cilantro, fresh 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
Cook Udon noodles according to package directions.
Heat oil in a large skilet lover medium heat, add garlic and ginger and cook stirring for 1 minute. Add bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add Teriyaki sauce and chicken bring to a simmer and cook until chicken is heated through. Remove from heat and stir in noodles and cilantro. Serve
