6 frozen skinless, boneless thighs1 jar TJs Chile Verde1 can red kidney beans1 can Canellini kidney beans1 can black beans2 cans Stewed Tomatoes1/2 can black olives, crushed1 cup turkey broth2 t ground cumin
Throw everything into a 6 quart crock pot and cook for 4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low. (Rinse the beans from each can before adding.) After cooking, pull out the thighs, chop/shred into bite size pieces and return to the pot.
