BBQ Sauce

Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped fine3 large cloves garlic,chopped fine2 tbsp packed brown sugar2 tbsp. splenda1 1/2 tsp. frenchs salt alternative2 tsp mustard powder1/2 tsp. chili powder2 1/2 tbsp ground cumin1/4 cup worcestershire sauce1/4 cup red wine vinegar2 cup regular v8 juice1/2 cup homemade ketchup, "heinz"3/4 cup water1/4 cup cornstarch plus 1/4 cup water
Directions
In a food processor add garlic and onions and chop fine.

In a med saucepan add garlic and onion mixture, then add remaining ingredients except cornstarch and remaining 1/4 cup of water.

Cook tomato mixture until reduced to four cups. Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining 1/4 cup water. Pour into sauce and stir until well combined. Will thicken instantly.
If mixture is too thick, thin with a little water.
