Ingredients
3 large cans chopped tomatoes not drained3 cans green beans not drained4 cups beef broth1 large onion chopped1 or more large carrots, chopped1/2 head chopped cabbage4-5 stock and leaves of celery
Directions
combine ingredients and cook until done. Add any other spices such as cayenne pepper or basil. Adjust for flavor desired. I think this makes about 20 1 cup servings.

    This makes a ton and because it's so healthy, I can eat quite a bit! Nice for a day when calories are running short! I added 1/4 tsp of oregano, basil, and thyme and 1/8 tsp of cayenne pepper. Also, I tossed all the ingredients in a crockpot and let it cook all day! Easy! - 3/13/08
