Low Fat Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
2 c. Heart Smart Bisquick1 c. Old fashioned Oats1/4 c Eggbeaters (regular)1/4 c Eggbeaters (whites only)1/4 c. Splenda1 t. Vanilla extract1 1/2 c. 1% milk
Directions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Spray with "Pam" and Heat Griddle or non stick frypan
Pour 1/4 cup batter, cook until until bubble start to break on surface or golden brown and flip.

Serving Size: 12 2" diameter pancakes
