Indian Garbanzo Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
3 cans garbanzo beans drained1 can cooked tomatoes with liquid2 cups cooked rice2 cups chopped sauteed sweet bell peppers2 cups chopped sauteed onions2 cups cooked brocolli2 cups frozen peas2 cups cooked sweet potatoes, cubed1/4 cup minced cilantro1 tsp salt2 tsp garlic powder3 tbsp curry spice
Directions
Saute onions and bell pepper until slightly browned in a tbsp of oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for at least an hour. Crockpot would be great. Tastes much better the next day. Can be easily frozen.
