Washday Soup no potatoes and ham

Ingredients
Beans, black, 0.666 cup (remove)Beans, pinto, 0.666 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 0.666 cup (remove)*Brown Rice, medium grain, 0.5 cup (remove)*ham stock, 4 cup (remove)Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)Onions, raw, 2 large (remove)Barley, pearled, cooked, 0.25 cup (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)Water, 1.5 pints
Directions
Place beans in large pot with water. Add a little salt. Bring to boil. Simmer for 1 hour.

Combine all in stock pot. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours

Serving Size: makes 8-10 average/large bowls of soup
