Chicken Enchiladas with Red Sauce (Hernandez Chili Miz)

Ingredients
Directions
1 doz. Candy's corn tortillas (or whatever you can find)2 tbsp vegetable oil2 chicken breasts, cooked and shreddedHernandez Chili Enchilada Sauce Mix1 or 2 cans Tomato sauce1 or 2 cups water
Follow directions on Sauce mix, adding tomato sauce to taste.
Heat oil in small pan. Flash fry each tortilla just until bubbles form under it (just enough to make them soft and pliable). Roll a small handful of chicken with a few pieces of chilis into each tortilla. Pour sauce over rolled enchiladas. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 F 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and enchiladas are heated through.
