Balsamic & Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
4 cups 1 inch clice cauliflower florets2 TBS extra virgin olive oil1 tsp. lemon pepper1/4 tsp salt2 TBS balsamic vinegar4 TBS shredded Parmesan chees
Directions
Preheat oven to 450
Toss cauliflower, oil & seasoning, Roast on a large baking sheet until starts to soften and brown on bottom. Toss the cauliflower with vinegar & sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven & roast until the cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes more

    Very tasty, but when I remake will use a 350 oven temperature. Cauliflower got browned before it softened. I'm gonna give it another try though. :) - 2/1/08
