Classic Turkey Meatloaf

cooking spray1/2 C chopped Onion6 Tbs Ketchup1/2 C panko breadcrumbs1/4 C Fresh Parsley1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce3/4 tsp dried Oregano1/4 tsp Salt1/4 freshley Ground Black Pepper1 Lb Ground Turkey1 Large Egg White
Pre-Heat oven to 350
In small skillet, coat with cooking apray and cook onion until tender. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Combine cooked onion, 3 tbs ketchup and remaining ingredients in a bowl and stir gently until combined.
Place meat mixture on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Shape into 8x4 inch loaf. Brush top of loaf with remaining 3 tbs of ketchup. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until thermometer in center reads 180 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes and cut into approx. 1 in slices.
