Blueberry Molasses Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour1 ½ teaspoons baking soda1 ¼ cups skim milk½ cup molasses1/3 cup blueberry or vanilla yogurt2 cups bran flakes cereal1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12 cup muffin pan.
In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate medium bowl, mix milk, molasses, and yogurt.
Mix in the bran cereal.
Thoroughly stir in the flour mixture.
Fold in the berries.
Transfer to the prepared muffin pan.
Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, until a knife inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
