Grapefruit Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 ruby red grapefruits,sectioned and juiced1 bunch basil, chiffonade1 large shallot, diced1 T sugar1.5 cup rice wine vinegar1 cup olive il
Directions
Section grapefruit over a large bowl to capture all of te grapefruit juice. Reserve the grapefruit sections and queeze the remaining juice into the bowl.

Add the basil, shallots, sugar, and rice wine vinegar. Slowly whisk in oild until emulsified.

Serving Size: Makes 32 - 1 Tablespoon serving
