Ingredients
½ cup peeled, seeded lychees, drained and finely diced½ cup ketchup½ cup white wine2 tbsp brown sugar1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce3 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon chili powder3 dashes hot sauce¼ teaspoon garlic powder¼ teaspoon onion powder
Directions
Combine lychees, ketchup, white wine, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, chili powder, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder in a heavy saucepan.
Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes or until thickened.
