Cocoa Crusted Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
1 T Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1 T Montreal Steak Seasoning1/2 t Cinnamon1.5 T Chili Powder16 oz Pork TenderloinPam
Directions
Combine cocoa, steak seasoning, cinnamon, and chili powder in a small bowl. Rub Tenderloin with a little oil and apply rub.

Spray grill pan with Pam and heat over Medium High. Sear loin on all sides and stick into a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes.
