1 C. whole wheat flour1 C. all-purpose flour1 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. salt1/2 C. sugarcinnamon (to taste)nutmeg (to taste)2/3 C. Hershey's Cocoa, Special Dark4 eggs1 can (1.75 C.) pumpkin puree1 can Gerber (4 oz) sweet potatoes4 Tbs. butter2 Tbs. olive oil2 Tbs. unsweetened applesauce1 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together in separate bowl; add to dry mixture. Bake @ 350 degrees for 60 minutes in a 9" pan.
