Portabella stuffed mushroom

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil1 clove garlic (diced)2 cups fresh spinach1/2 cup grated carrots1/4 cup lowfat feta cheeselarge portabella mushroom (3-4 in round)
Directions
add olive oil chopped garlic and spinach in frying pan saute just until spinach wilts then add feta cheese mix well and fill mushroom cap. Put mushroom in baking dish and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes depenting on size of mushroom or until mushroom is slighty firm. Enjoy! Makes 1
