Directions
1. remove 2/3's of core, sprinkle spices in core hole and around apples, add water
2. place in 350 degree oven and bake for 45 min - 1 hr

    I have tried both baked like this and wrapped in plastic wrap and microwaved for 1 min 30 seconds. DELICIOUS. The spices really help bring the apple (which a few days into the HCG diet you are almost getting sick of) to life. I served mine here with 3 oz roasted chicken, cut up. Yum! - 8/18/13
