Ingredients
4 extra large Eggs1 cup Milk, 2%1 tbsp Honey1/2 tsp vanilla extract2 tsp Brown Sugar1/2 tsp ground Cinnamondash Pepper 12 slices whole wheat bread
Directions
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, brown sugar and pepper. Dip bread in egg mixture; cook on a greased hot griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
