1/2 tsp olive oilChicken Breast, no skin, 500 grams chopped into small pieces and brownedSoup - Condensed Mushroom 99%fat free (1 can = 420g), 1.5 serving Light Mayo 3 spoonfuls 1 large Onion dicedbutton Mushrooms 6-8 mushrooms chopped into quartersBroccoli, - 1 bunch chopped into tiny floretsEdam - mainland grated, 35 gram1/4 c Breadcrumbs
brown the diced chicken in the oil and set aside.
mix the soup and mayo (add some spices if you like)
Add all the ingredients and mix together.
Place into a baking dish and sprinkle with the breacrumbs and cheese.
Bake in a moderate oven (180decgree celcius) for 25mintues until bubbling and golden.
Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings (could be 6 smaller ones if youre not too hungry)
