Quinoa Pancakes - Dairy Free

Ingredients
1 cup of Quinoa Flour1 Egg2 tsp Brown Sugar - packed1 tsp baking Powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 cup of non sweetened Apple Sauce1 tsp Pure Vanilla (Vanilla extract can be used as well)3/4 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Directions
Put the flour in a bowl and add baking powder. Mix together. Crack egg in a small container and beat with fork until yolk is mixed with the whites then mix in vanilla. Add to flour mixture. Add in rest of ingredients and mix. If too thick then add more almond milk until is at preferred texture. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and then preheat on medium heat. Pour in mixture and cook for about 4 minutes then flip over and press down lightly on pancake to even pancake. Cook for approx another 3 or 4 minutes until cooked. Serve with topping of choice.
