Applesauce Yogurt Berry Muffin

1 TBSP cinnamon applesauce1/2 cup a-p flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp sugar1/8 tsp salt1 1/2 tsp baking powder1 large egg1/4 cup skim milk4 oz light nonfat yogurt (any flavor)1/4 cup dried berries or raisins (40 grams)
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine all ingredients in bowl until just moistened, do not over beat.
3. Grease muffin cups or line with papers, fill 2/3 full.
4. Bake 20-22 minutes until nicely browned. Cool separately from pan. Enjoy.
