Rice flour, brown, 1 cup Brown Sugar, 9 tsp unpacked *Corn Oil, 2.5 tbsp Silk Pure Coconut Milk Vanilla, .75 cup Baking Powder, 2.25 tsp Baking Soda, .5 tsp Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum, .17 tbsp
Directions
mix all ingredients in a bowl. You will need to spread this batter out on a non stick pan as it will glob up... cook on first side and flip when the pancake no longer looks wet on the top, it won't bubble on the edges like a regular pancake.
