Crockpot Italian Beef

Ingredients
5 lb rump roast1 small jar pepperoncini peppers1 envelope onion soup mix1 tsp black pepper2/3 bay leaves3 tsp italian seasoning or 1 tsp oregano & 2 tsp basil
Directions
Place roast in crock pot. Drain juice off peppers, put in a measuring cup & add water to make 4 cups. Mix all other ingredients together and spoon over roast. Pour pepper water over roast. Cover & cook on low for 10-12 hours. Take roast out of crock pot & shred it. Place shredded roast back in juice. Makes 20 1/2 cup servings.
