Ingredients
Mushrooms, fresh, 155 grams *Carrots - Baby Carrots Carrot Company, 48 gram(s) *cabbage - raw, 825 gram(s) *Leeks, 211 gram(s) *Hokan Sliced Water Chestnuts, 0.5 cup *Kendale Farm - Beef Broth, 2 cup Roayl Tiger Shrimp - Frozen, Cooked Peeled No Tails (3oz Per Serving), 4 serving Sabor Latino Sazon Seasoning, 4 gram(s)
Directions
Cut all veggies, slice cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, in a saucepan on med heat spray a few sprays of 0 Calorie Buttery Spray. Add leeks, then toss, cabbage, and carrots then toss, then add in beef broth and put the lid on, cook down until cabbage is tender and translucent. Then add in mushrooms, then water chestnuts. Toss everything together then add thawed shrimp that you get precooked and frozen already cleaned for you and put all over the top and replace lid. Allow to steam about 2-3 minutes. Shrimps are precooked so no longer or they will become mush.
