Ingredients
1.5 lb of boneless skinless chicken breast1/3 cup of fat free sour cream1 can of cream of chicken soup16oz of frozen mixed vegetables 6oz box of stove top stuffing (your flavor choice)
Directions
mix soup, sour cream, chicken and vegetables together and spread into a 13x9 baking dish then top with stove top stuffing prepared as directions provided say to prepare. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minuts

    Love this Recipe. I tweaked it up slightly but not that much to actually change the recipe. Am sure it is great as it is. All I did was sauté a medium onion before I cooked the chicken and added a touch of garlic and cayenne pepper to the chicken. Sliced carrots and frozen peas. Lovely recipe! - 9/19/13

    This was really good. I did add alittle garlic powder and pepper to the mixture and cut up the meat but other then that made as written. Kids loved it, will make again. - 2/21/11
