Tomatoless Chili

Ingredients

Directions
In high sided pan;
heat oil on low, crumble ground turkey into oil. Cook stirring frequently until turkey is half cooked. Add chopped onions, finish cooking until turkey is cooked until no longer pink. Drain if turkey is fatty.
In crock pot;
add turkey, onion, drained kidney beans, minced garlic, fresh (washed, sorted & drained) cranberries (or frozen cranberries), spices, Gravy Master (or Kitchen Bouquet), and filtered water. Stir well. Cook on high setting 4-6 hours, or low setting 6-8 hours. Serve.
