Shrimp Teriyaki Stir-Fry

1 pound large shrimp, peeled, deveined, cooked1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup chicken broth1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon sugar1 clove garlic, chopped2 bags sugar snap pea stirfry mix1 can diced pineapple
Mix soy sauce, chicken broth, olive oil, ginger, sugar and garlic. Add shrimp and pineapple and marinate, refrigerated, for at least one hour.
Cook veggies and shrimp mixture (use leftover marinade with veggies) until heat through.
