Asparagus Bacon and Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients:1 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters).5 cup Flour, white1 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese8 slices cooked and crumbled Bacon1.5 cup 1% milk.5 teaspoon Salt (optional).5 teaspoon black pepperAsparagus, fresh, 8 spear, small (5" long or less)8 sprays PAM BUTTER FLAVOR SPRAY
Steam asaparagus for 2 minutes. Drain and cut into 1" pieces.
Sprinkle asparagus, crumbled bacon, and cheddar cheese into prepared 9" pie pan. Blend all other ingredients and pour over asparagus, bacon and cheese.
Place into a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
