Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Mix the following ingredients together:3 oz. Curry Chicken tenders shredded3/4 cup of Red/Yellow/Green peppers diced1 Tbsp Hellman's Light Mayo10 Leaves Fresh Coriander1 Tbsp Purple onion1 Tsp Honey1/2 Lemon juiceToss the above with the following:10 sliced grapes2 cups mixed salad (I like to add a little Rocket salad)5 sliced Almonds toasted (Sprinkle on top of Salad)
Directions
Sauted the chicken tenders in a pan with a little curry powder and water until cooked.
