Ingredients
•4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast•2 Cans Black Beans Rinsed •1 cup chopped Onion•1 Jar Clean Tomato Sauce•4 C Chicken Broth •Salt, Pepper & Red Pepper Flakes to Taste•1 Can Corn •1 Cup Brown Rice •I Jar Salsa
Directions
Cook on high in slow cooker for 4 hours or slow for 8 hours with whole breasts. After time is done, remove chicken, shred, return to pot, stir, and serve.
