Golden Ladle Chili

Ingredients
1.5 lbs of lean ground beef (I use 98% lean)1 large red onion1 large green bell pepper2 jalepeno peppers2 cloves minced garlic2 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cayanne pepper1 tsp black pepper2 tbsp chipotle pepper hot sauce1 can Bush's chili beans (medium)1 can light red kidney beans2 cans dark red kidney beans2 cans diced tomatoes
Directions
Brown the beef and drain. Add 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped green pepper, 2 finely chopped jalepeno peppers, 2 cloves minced garlic, chili powder, and peppers. Mix well, and let cook on medium for 5 minutes. Add the can of V8, tomatoes, kidney beans, and chili beans. Cover with lid and let simmer on low for 45 minutes, stirring occassionally.

Serving Size: Makes 12, 1.5 cup servings...very filling!
