1 cup Albertson's/Safeway skim milk (or any store milk around 120-130 cals)1 cup fat free yogurt (I used yogurt from Albertson's)3/4 cup frozen assorted berries (I used the ones from Trader Joe's)1/4 cup sugar (optionional)Protein powders, cinnamon, etc also optional.
Pour milk and yogurt in blender, then add berries. If using hand blender, put ingredients in glass and then mix. The sugar can be added for a sweet taste. You can also add protein powder or anything healthy you'd like.
Good for an added side to whatever meal or use the protein to replace a meal.
