Ingredients
Black beansBlack eyed peascornjalapeno pepperscilantro vinegarsugar
Directions
Combine beans & peppers in a small mixing bowl. Add cilantro. Heat vinegar & sugar in small saucepan over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Pour vinegar over bean mixture. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
