Ingredients
1 TBSP EVOO or butterMoose meat, diced1/2 onion, chopped1-2 cloves garlic, chopped1 can coconut milkJasmine Rice
Directions
saute garlic, onions & moose meat until meat done (med-hi heat) in EVOO...add 3 TBSP curry paste stir, then add coconut milk...simmer...Meanwhile, cook jasmine rice, as per insructions on package...once done add to curry mixture & serve.
