Pork Chops (pork loin), roasted, 16 oz (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 2 cup (remove)Milk, canned, evaporated, nonfat, 16 fl oz (remove)Tarragon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove)Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (2 lb) (remove)
spread broccoli in bottom of 8 1/2 X 11 casserole. Lay chops on top and sprinkle with tarragon. Mix pumpkin and milk and pour over entire mix. Cook at 375 for 45 minutes, turn chops and cook another 45.
