Beef and cheese Enchiladas

1 1/4 pounds of lean ground beef1 10oz can of Old El Paso Enchilada Sauce1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Cheddar Jack cheese1/2 cup chopped oniondash of salt dash of black pepper12 flour tortillascanola oil spray 6 seconds
brown ground beef and onion then drain any fat, add salt and pepper mix well separate beef into 12 even scoops and roll a scoop inside each of the tortillas. place in a baking dish that has been sprayed for 6 seconds with canola oil pour sauce evenly over enchiladas and top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
