Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey or chicken2 tbsp hoisin sauce2 tbsp soy sauce2 tbsp water2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp sesame oil4 leaves iceberg lettuce1 clove garlic, minced1/2 onion, chopped1 cup water chestnuts, chopped6-8 mushrooms, chopped
Directions
Place olive oil in skillet over med-high heat. Saute onions, garlic and mushrooms until cooked 3-4 min. Slide veggies to outside of pan and add the ground turkey, brown turkey until cooked through. In the meantime make the sauce by mixing the hoisin, soy, sesame oil and water in a bowl.
Add the water chestnuts and sauce to the skillet once the turkey is cooked through. Stir over med heat for 2 min. Serve inside lettuce leaves.
