Ashlie's Open-Faced Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients
4 cans tuna in water, drained1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cup canned black olives, rinsed & chopped1/2 apple, chopped3 T dill pickle relish2 T mayo8 cups baby spinach8 slices bread, toasted
Directions
Open cans & drain water.
Mix tuna, onion, olives, apples, relish & mayo together.
Toast 1 slice of bread for each serving.
Top toast with 1 cup of baby spinach, then 1/2 cup tuna salad.
Eat open faced & enjoy!
