1 lb pork loin, cooked1 tsp light wine or sherrycooking spray1/2 large onion, slice 1/4" x 2"6 cups cabbage, 2 x 2 pieces1/2 tsp salt2 cloves garlic, minced or crushed1/4 cup Black Beans minced1 tsp dried crushed Anaheim peppers2 Tblsps soy sauce1/4 cup water
Trim fat & slice pork into 1/2" x 2" peices & put aside. Spray wok with cooking spray. Add salt then cabbage. Stir constantly until cabbage is half translucent, about 1 minute. Remove and set aside.
Spray wok. Add onions, wine/sherry, garlic & minced black beans. Simmer & stir about a minute. Add sliced pork, hot peppers, soy sauce & water. Stir until pork is heated. Add cooked cabbage, stir until all is coated & serve.
