Cabbage Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 Cups Pinto Beans2 Cups cooked rice5 oz Low fat marble cheese2 Cup Salsa sauce.75 cup of low fat sour cream9 Leafs of cabbage1 tsp of taco seasoning
Directions
Boil full cabbage (10 min) so you can peel it apart.
Mix Beans, salsa (save some for the top), cooked rice and taco seasoning let it warm.
grate Cheese
put filling in cabbage sprinkle cheese wrap up
Place enchiladas in baking pan put a tbsp of salsa on each then back for 30-45 min. until cabbage reaches desired texture
